These properties are owned by Robert and Teresa Ross. We live in Florida, USA. We purchased the units in August of 2022 (Villa Teresita) and June of 2023 (Villa Roberto). Villa Teresita is your perfect luxury retreat in Costa Rica

52” television has cable channels as well as streaming channels. You have choice of Spanish or English on Netflix. Television controls are in English.

This unit has a twin and full bunk bed, and another twin bed in the guest bedroom. Queen bed in the master bedroom. 3 air conditioning units and floor fans in both bedrooms. Ceiling fan in living room. 2 fans on patio.

Self-check in box with key.

Furniture and décor are Miami inspired (upscale).

Lots of ocean front restaurants in Playa Del Coco (about 1.5 miles from the units) and at Playa Hermosa (about 3 miles away) Local property management.

Kid and pet friendly. Handicap accessible. Located on the first floor next to the parking lot. Lots of kitchen amenities (coffee, expresso, rice cooker, full size stove, blender, toaster, microwave, etc)

Villa Roberto is your perfect luxury retreat in Costa Rica

This unit is furnished with locally crafted furniture. You can get more of a feel for the Costa Rican culture than in Teresita. Locally sourced artwork.

Television is 52” has only streaming channels. TV controls are in Spanish. Netflix has choice of English or Spanish. This unit is not handicap accessible, but the view is better than in Teresita. Both units have the same exact floor plan since they occupy the same side of the building. The rest of the building is not currently occupied, so it is very quiet and peaceful. Both units have access to both pools.

3 air conditioning units. Floor fans in both bedrooms. Ceiling fan in living room. 2 fans on patio. This unit has 2 bunk beds twin/full in the guest bedroom. Queen bed in Master bedroom.

Directions from airport go southwest on route 21 past Guardia over Tempesque river bridge. Turn right on route 151 at communidad. Proceed past Sardinal to route 159. Go up hill past water tank on the left. Turn into the apartment complex on left just past water tank. Go downhill take a right at the blue parrot statue to unit R on the left.

Apartment complex is on public bus route to Playa del coco.

The apartment is very conveniently located, close to shops and beaches. A safe and quiet place. It has everything you need to feel at home. Valentina, the person in charge is very friendly and was always attentive to everything, the answers were almost immediate. The condo has 2 pools available and they were always very clean, the guys enjoyed them a lot. Definitely a good place to stay with family. Thank you very much for everything Doña Teresa.

What a lovely place! Home away from home. We were there over Christmas. It has everything you would have at home that makes a comfortable stay. Bed is super comfy. It’s so breezy that you dont need the air conditioner. Peaceful quiet place with great sunset views. Its about 3miles from Coco beach, supermarkets, bank etc, Fab beach, with lots of shade. I run so was good to do a circuit, early whilst still cool.. Valentina and Carlos are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Ross and Teresa for a charming place!

Everything was perfect! private and secure. fully equipped and even having beach chairs was an added bonus. Great location, close to 2 beaches and all amenities. Host was fantastic to deal with.

This is a great place to stay near Coco Beach. 2 BR, A/C, washer/dryer, many beaches nearby and a great bed! If I were to visit Guanacaste region again, I would stay here.

The place is just as it is in the photos, quiet, safe, comfortable, the view is incredible, access to Netflix, the armchairs are very comfortable, the kitchen is super equipped, the girl who took care of us was very friendly and accessible, honestly a place to go back

Lots of local beautiful beaches. Playa del Coco, Playa Hermosa, Playa Panama (one of my favorites), Playa Flamingo. All are within 1 to 4 miles away.

Secured Area

There are security guys checking out the property at night. If you see someone walking around with a flashlight at 3AM don’t be alarmed. You can feel safe at Villa Terisita and Villa Roberto.

Chair Accessible

Villa Teresita - No stairs to climb. Handicap accessible for all. Villa Roberto is on the 2nd floor.

Deep Sea Fishing

Deep sea Fishing is usually very good and inexpensive (compared to Florida).
